Continuous Crimped Matt
This version of raw material is made with polypropylene bristles that have been stacked and melted together at the midpoint.
These bristles are melted together in groups of four and in any color. Galvanized steel wire is interwoven throughout the melted sections to reinforce their bond and increase bristle rigidity. This material is most commonly used for rolling the polypropylene bristles onto the core during manufacturing. This material is sold by the pound.
Bristles lengths are available from 10 inches - 28 inches.
